It’s like pulling teeth to get decent help from them. They are definitely one of the most amazing properties I have rented with. They say they will call but that never fixes the issue. Dog poop is everywhere, all the time. Homeless go through the trash and will harass you. You must take your trash out during the day not at night. Loud cars blaring music at all hours of the day and night, the windows do not keep any noise out. When people are talking on the street you can hear them as if they are in your apartment.

The office staff were very helpful answering my questions when I first moved in. When it came time to renew my lease, Brooke was incredibly helpful. All of my maintenance requests were taken care of very quickly, and the management has been really good. Designed to maintain a neighborhood setting, Summerfield is conveniently situated near many services. The layout allows for plenty of space and we hardly ever hear our neighbors. I'm sure we will renew our lease when the time comes.
