They say they will call but that never fixes the issue. Dog poop is everywhere, all the time. Homeless go through the trash and will harass you. You must take your trash out during the day not at night. Loud cars blaring music at all hours of the day and night, the windows do not keep any noise out. When people are talking on the street you can hear them as if they are in your apartment.
Yes, to view the floor plan in person please set an appointment for a personal tour. Love the staff, very kind and helpful. Maintenance staff are great and they are quick at responding to a problem. It is also a very beautiful and well maintained apartment complex. Great Place to Rent
I've lived here with my family for over a year now and it's been our best rental experience. The property is well maintained. The apartment itself is very spacious. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop.
Great complex in safety, maintenance, style, location, and overall quality. I'm thankful for the communication outlets between other residents and the office, access to a local grocery, the max and the dog park. It’s definitely cheaper than a lot of other places I found with the same offerings. I have lived at Baseline Woods for almost 4 years. Property is very well maintained.
If you live below or above people with kids, expect no quite at all. Between the walking , talking and screaming you will have no peace and quite. All appliances are cheap and breaking, so do not expect top of the line anything. If you are thinking about moving here, I would recommend looking somewhere else, do not be fooled by the price, there is a reason they are cheaper then everyone else. Baseline Woods has been a great place to live over the past year and a half. The apartments are spacious with lots of light from big windows, which I love!

We also boast outstanding customer service. Baseline woods is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in, and I've lived in a lot. I've lived here for a year now and just recently extended my lease. It's been a wonderful experience and the best apartment complex I've lived in.
