Parking and shuttle back to the pier was not a problem. Getting off the ship as always was a mob scene and there was one shuttle company going past one after another. We waited close to an hour and a half. It seems they only have ONE shuttle.

I drove to the parking garage and was told to go up to the 7th floor, but there were no signs anywhere with your company's name. I went downstairs with all my luggage, only to be told by the parking attendant that the vans pick up customers at the 7th, 8th, or 9th floors. We used Premier Cruise Parking when we took a cruise out of the Port of Miami 2 weeks ago.
I ended up losing my money as they refused to provide a refund. I had to pay again to park at the port. They are very unprofessional and greedy and have no concern for their customers -- only for their profit. Driver arrived with a list of names with "reservations" but there are supposedly no reservations.

5 vans for 7 ships is not enough for good service. Still, if you need to park for your cruise, then you’ll have no problem finding a spot. The port itself offers convenient parking right at the ship, but it comes at a steep price. Located less than a half a mile from the Miami cruise port. Premier Cruise parking has a safe and secure parking garage that is man operated and under surveillance 24 hours a day.
Shuttle picked us up immediately at end…
We immediately got swept away after we parked our cars in the garage and only had to wait a few minutes after the cruise to be collected. From beginning the reservation to the final departure from the parking garage our experience couldn't have been better. We will use Premier Parking every time we head to the Port. Our last experience with Premiere was a bit unsatisfactory in the wait time experienced for pickup at the dock.

When I called your office, girl was also rude and clearly didn't care about the situation. Delays were a problem but rudeness is unacceptable. If you plan to park at the port, you don’t need to reserve any sort of parking. There are spots available and you simply pay when you arrive. For other lots, you’ll want to reserve ahead of time to ensure that they have space available. The pick up process was a little disorganized. Had one van drive by and park up past the pick up point. He signaled with his hands and we followed him.
When we got there he told us he couldn't take us and sent us back. We missed a van that arrived and the last two spots were taken. We waited 25 minutes for the next one.

(7 floors below out to street, end of block to a supermarket.) Most were seniors. Van would drop off passengers and leave for port totally empty.
If you plan to park at an off-site parking lot, then we’d up that time to an hour before you board. This gives you plenty of time to park and then shuttle to the cruise ship. While it is more expensive, we would suggest the parking at the Port of Miami. Navigating Miami can be difficult, so it’s nice to be able to park right at your ship and simply walk across a street to board. It’s also convenient in that you don’t have to pre-book or reserve anything. You simply arrive at the port on cruise day and park.
We arrived at the garage only waited a few moments do to the person in the car in front of us was having a hard time understanding the attendant. When that cleared up we were quickly on our way.Departure from the port was horrible. We arrived off the ship and to the designated area.
It is very doubtful is we will even use this service again. Excellent indoor parking lot with attendants available when you arrive. Van service is reliable and clean, and the driver helps with your luggage. Very good service, covered parking and close to the port.
This one just has spots in a multi story parking garage. When we arrived, the person letting us know where to park our car was rude. Then when we returnees we waited over an hour and a half to be picked up from the terminal. We would call the office and they would tell us someone was on the way only to have a van pass every 45 minutes that was full. When a van finally arrived with space there were so many angry people it was ridiculous. Only reason we made it on that van was because I called so many times they took my name and made sure the driver had it.
